3. Managing Failed Orders

  • If the service or payment process cannot be completed due to inaccurate statements or incomplete information (provided by the user), the paid amount, after deducting the service fee and the Value Added Tax (VAT) related to that fee, will be automatically credited to the user's Wallet so that it can be used for future visits or after correcting the information, subject to paying the fee and tax again.
